From referral to outcome, and back to the record.
Relay runs the MDT pathway from referral to completed action, with the team's own clinicians making every decision. It reads from the hospital's EPR to check each referral, and writes the reviewed outcome letter back to it.
How the loop closes
Step 1. Referral, checked against the record
Relay reads investigation orders and results from the hospital's EPR and names anything missing before the case is listed.
Step 2. The MDT list, prepared and recorded
Each case is listed with its outstanding items named. At the meeting, the outcome is read back and recorded once.
Step 3. Outcome, back to the referrer and the record
Once a clinician has reviewed the letter, Relay writes it to the hospital's EPR and returns the outcome to the referrer.
Across the network
A receipt for every referral
Each referral gets a Tracking ID, and the referrer can see where it is.
Transfers keep their history
A case moved to another MDT on the network arrives with its history.
Every action has an owner
Each agreed action has a named owner and a due date. Overdue actions are visible to the team.
One view of the service
Referral volumes, readiness, deferrals and open actions, by site and across the network.
Regulatory position and assurance
Relay never triages or prioritises; the clinician decides and Relay records.

Penetration test
An independent penetration test to DTAC C3.3 by a CREST-accredited supplier was completed in September 2026, with no high or critical findings.
Where Relay runs
Relay's database runs in Supabase's London region (AWS eu-west-2), and its server functions run in Vercel's London region (lhr1).
Relay is not a medical device. Intended purpose: clinical workflow management for a multidisciplinary team, with no diagnostic inference, no triage or prioritisation output, and no treatment recommendation.
Built inside the MDT
Relay is developed by Quorum Clinical Ltd, founded by a neurosurgery registrar. It was built from the referral chases, the incomplete proformas, and the outcomes that never made it back.
The clinician decides. Relay closes the loop.
