These terms

These terms cover your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

What this website is for

This website gives information about Relay and Quorum Clinical for NHS organisations and the people who work in them. It is general information, not an offer or a contract. What Relay provides to an organisation is set out in that organisation's agreement with us.

Relay and clinical care

Nothing on this website is clinical advice. If you are a patient, please speak to your clinical team about your care.

Relay is not a medical device. Intended purpose: clinical workflow management for a multidisciplinary team, with no diagnostic inference, no triage or prioritisation output, and no treatment recommendation.

Signing in to Relay

NHS staff use the Relay application under their organisation's agreement with us and their organisation's own policies. Those terms govern the application, not these.

Patient information

Please do not send patient information, or any health information about a person who could be identified, through this website or its contact form.

Using our content

Quorum Clinical Ltd owns, or is licensed to use, the content of this website, including the Relay name and mark. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference, and share them within your organisation when it is considering Relay. You must not copy or use the content for any other purpose without our written permission.

Using the website properly

You must not introduce viruses or other harmful material, or attack the website in any way, including by a denial-of-service attack.
